This Note is part of the European Qualifications Framework Series, which is written for those involved in the implementation of the EQF. The Note updates the discussion points in Note 3, which was written on the basis of the first four referencing reports.

This study examines qualifications at level 5 of the European qualifications framework (EQF).

This note is the fourth in the European Qualification Framework Series which is written for policy makers and experts who are involved at the national and European level in the implementation of the EQF for lifelong learning.
