The Commission proposal on the EU 2020 strategy was published on the 3rd of March 2010 at http://ec.europa.eu/eu2020.  The most relevant flagships initatives for educational policy areas are Youth on the Move and Agenda for New Skills and Jobs, where learning and occupational mobility have a crucial role and recognition of non-formal learning, improved learning outcomes and key competences, development of national qualifications frameworks, implementation of the EQF, integrated guidance, and a common language between education/training and work (ESCO) are specifically mentioned.
